To get your perception right..

Yesterday, I bumped into my x-colleague from my first company. We talk about life and continue to our current job

David: Where do you work now?

Me: F-Secure, You heard about this company before?

David: Yeah..yeah. It's antivirus company rite? To me it's quite an interesting company to work with.

Me: Yeah, the technology that you have to learn. You have to catch up with all those virus writers… blab la bla (Coz that shows how good is your product, if our product can't detect the virus and our competitor can. Of course, tak de bisnes la kan)

David: I was thinking, do you have a team who create the virus. Because I wonder where do you guys get the virus sample (Naahhhh…. I've got this a lot from people when they know that I work with Antivirus Company)

And to answer everyone's curiosity:

NOPE, we don't create virus. The virus writer did. We just detect it. At least not at my company.

How do we get the sample?

We have a honey pot for virus feed. From there we analyze (reverse engineering involve here) and if it is determine as malicious, we will add the footprint to our database detection.

But I prefer to get this kind of question rather then "F-Secure? Ni company yang jaga parking kereta tu ker?) Believe it or not, I've got that before. Nak gelak pon ada.

Subway

How I love my subway to be taste like?

Bread: Parmesan Oregano or honey oat is fine too

Meat: Subway melt is simply the best

Veggies: Everything except the onion and the green chili

Sauce: Mustard, BBQ Sauce and Chili Sauce.

Back in Motorola, one of my x-colleague always complaint whenever I suggested Subway for our lunch. He said what a waste! The bread is exactly the same with the one we can get from Tesco (ala roti panjang yang keras tu) and yet we have to pay about RM12. But to me I love to every single bite of it. Sangat suka!! But frankly, it's hard to find someone who enjoys having subway for their meal as uch as I do. And today saya beli subway dan makan alone in my office. Heavenly heaven!! Tak pandang kanan kiri tau. Makan sehingga ke titisan terakhir.

Do you love Subway?

In need for a new handbag!!

I am in need for a new handbag and have already started to hunt around. I came across this at Nine West mid valley and really fall in love with this satchel. The only thing that makes me stop and think over is the material. Kain biasa jer. It's white, which can be easily get dirty and kain biasa? Don't you think that it's too hard to maintain?

p/s: Boon come over to my place just now and told me that "hey membazir la and the bag is very ugly". Anybody agree with him?

Apple of my eyes

They are the reason I want to go home early everyday. They drive me crazy at times but that doesnt stop me from loving and wanting them to spend their time at my parents. My three nephews. Kanak2 riang :) Next year, I will have a niece. Tak sabar!!

It's Aiman, Irfan and Asyraf

It's not goodbye

Whenever we or our friends wanted to start a new life and need to move to some other places, the saddest part was not the moment when we said goodbye, but knowing that eventually, we won't miss or remember each other as we missed and remembered them at the moment we said goodbye

Left to right, back to front: Rebecca, Julia, Desiree, Min Jung, Amanda, Me (and the one taking picture - Jason)

They are my best friends when I was in Penang. We clique a lot faster then we can remember coz all of us have something in common in which "We have no one else in that Island". Fast forward a year, we are more like a family already.

Not for long, Amanda decided to move back to the states for good. Things change pretty quickly after that. It is contagious, coz soon after Amanda told us the news. Becca decided to leave as well. Feel a bit lost, coz they two were my closest friend among all of them, I then made up my mind that I should come back to KL and it doesn't stop there, coz next to leave is Jason.

When we first start our life at a place where we call home, we update each other with our daily activities via email and phone. Live goes on and we moved on. From every week of a phone call it decrease to once a month and now, once in a blue moon, barulah call and the email from 1 page, tinggal a few lines jer. Haih!!

I'm missing you guys badly :) I mean it!!!

N81 vs Navigator 6120

It took me 10 months to decide on which phone I should get for myself. It always difficult for me to decide on something, that people will give to me for FREE.

I'm not a kind of person who fancy over canggih manggih phone, let alone changing my phone every year. Nope, I'm not against technology, I'm in this industry line okay. It's just that saya rasa membazir tuk spend my money on gadget. :) After all, I just use the phone to make call and text people jer. So why bother.

I was juggling between Navigator 6120 and N81. Both are 3G phone. I really need that, coz soon when Azlan away, we still have 3G to make us feel connected. Having a navigator is a plus point since no one will drive me around anymore when he's not here.

After putting a lot of thoughts into this, we finally decide that I should get the N81. Why?
  • I have to pay to get the GPS Service
  • I think I will barely use the navigator since saya bukan suka merayau pon.
  • Azlan is just a phone call away, all this while pon he's the one who navigate me to places I have to go
Now, I feel so excited about my new phone, which I will get tomorrow or the day after. Yeah, can hardly wait people!!! It's 8G and brown color, that's what I'm getting.
